Participation in cricket events is at your own risk. The organizer accepts no liability for damages of any kind. This includes accidents, lost clothing, or other personal items. Excluded from this waiver are claims based on intent or gross negligence by TSV Geiselbullach, its legal representatives, or vicarious agents. By taking part, each participant bindingly declares that there are no health concerns regarding their participation. By taking part, each participant accepts this disclaimer.

Declaration

By participating in these cricket events, I bindingly declare that I am participating at my own risk. I hereby expressly release TSV Geiselbullach from any and all claims arising in connection with the cricket events—specifically those resulting from an accident, whether caused by my own fault, the fault of others, or for any other reason—against TSV Geiselbullach, its legal representatives, or vicarious agents. This waiver of liability applies to claims on any legal basis, particularly for damage claims arising from contractual or non-contractual liability, as well as claims arising from tort. Excluded from this waiver are claims based on intent or gross negligence by TSV Geiselbullach, its legal representatives, or vicarious agents. I agree that any photos, film recordings, videos, and interviews made of me in connection with my participation in the cricket events may be used for event-related promotional purposes in radio, television, advertising, books, photomechanical reproductions, and DVDs, without any claim to compensation on my part.

Rules of Conduct

Endangering other participants is strictly prohibited. The organizer is entitled to exclude participants from further participation in the event if their behavior endangers others.
